Following a bank referral, I found an entrepreneurial planning consultant to work with the landowner on a promotion basis, which has resulted in planning permission for 10 houses, on the edge of this charming village. Available to PURCHASE

34 Ha (85 acres) Bishops Tachbrook, Warwickshire – Strategic greenfield opportunity

After taking my advice the landowners, who had been receiving multiple approaches from developers, will be seeking a promotion partner to take this site forward on the edge of Leamington Spa.

40 Ha (100 acres) Mappleborough Green, Warwickshire – Strategic Green Belt opportunity

Following referral by the landowner’s lawyer, on a separate 4 acre field, I identified the larger 100 acre opportunity that could be open to the landowners. Following an extensive marketing exercise I selected Taylor Wimpy Strategic as the preferred development partner via a 20 year Hybrid Promotion agreement.

6.6 Ha (16.5 Acres) Woolavington, Somerset – Greenfield site

On behalf of private landowners I selected a housebuilder (Wain Homes) for this greenfield site just outside this Key Rural Settlement. Within 1 month I had selected the developer and negotiated a 3 + 7 year Option agreement for a six figure upfront payment and an excellent future share of the final sale value.

6.5 Ha (16 acres) Former viaduct, Brackley, Northamptonshire – Brownfield site

Following referral from a lawyer, I intervened in a conflict of interest situation involving a crooked agent. Thereafter I was appointed to advise the corporate landowners, not only on their risks of owning such an asset with public access issues, but also on their disposal strategy. Lawyers are currently instructed on a 10 year Promotion agreement.
